Attorney Mitch Green, Esq. helped me 30 years ago purchase a medical practice and handled all the logistics and over the years he has created and helped me implement SYSTEMS in my office for compliance, legal protection, asset protection, most of my time with him has been talking and creating specialty contracts, employee contracts and related human resources, dealing with lawsuits (both as defendant and plaintiff, typical for active businesses), advice on just about every matter in business that exists. His knowledge and quality of work is exceptional and always timely, and, hard to believe he does not RIP off his clients (overcharge) which is somewhat typical of the legal profession (sorry Mitch, that does not include you but its true for many others)
