Great service and very fast completion of the job. Quoted a fair price and stuck to it. They even had to come back to take care of some other problems and didn't charge extra.

I called them after seeing them working across the street at a neighbor’s house. I had already had two other companies come out, and neither was able to help. I spoke with Jessica, and she came out the very same day! She took care of my problem quickly and without any issues. She showed up on time as promised and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The guys that did the work were polite, respectful and didn't leave a mess. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and dependable service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service — Highly Recommend Mathis & Sons!I had a doubleheader of a day — a plumbing problem AND a full septic tank! 😩💩After finding clean water around my tub, I realized I needed a new gasket for the tub overflow. While troubleshooting everything, I went outside to check the septic inlet tee and discovered the septic tank was full too. Talk about great timing!I called Mathis & Sons, and they came right out and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Excellent, friendly service and very responsive when I needed help.Thank you, Mathis & Sons, for saving the day — and most importantly, thanks for getting rid of the turds! 😂💩Definitely recommend them!

Jessica and her crew at Septic Dominators are very responsive and knowledgeable. We used them to pump out, inspect and replace our 44 year old drainfield. From start to finish I highly recommend Septic Dominators are your one source for all you septic needs.Steve and Sue KlingbielBelle Isle, FL

To say that we didn't know how wonky our septic system would be when we bought our house is an understatement. Septic Dominators helped us out of a jam last year, but things weren't "normal" (and not their fault, again, the situation is just wacky). When I tell you that Jessica and Cody have been the best EVERY step of the way, I assure you that I am not being overzealous. They are laid back, they don't jerk you around, they'll show you the exact problem, they'll answer any question, won't make you feel bad for being curious or freaking out about your home - basically, if all companies were like this, America would be a lot better off. This place DOES NOT slouch when it comes to helping you out and getting it done, no matter how bizarre the situation gets. Absolute respect to this crew.-marc

I had a great experience with this septic tank company. They were extremely professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and they took the time to explain what was being done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing septic service.

We had Septic Dominators install a 1500 gallon tank and drain field 3 years ago. And I gave them a call today to come and check it out as there was a surface smell around the tank. They came out like faster than you could blink and then fixed the problem within 10 minutes! Turns out it was the filter needed cleaning! WOW THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

When you see someone digging WHILE holding up the internet cable to ensure you can keep working from home? That's above and beyond. They just did a pretty complex fix for me moments ago, and I'm hopeful it's the solution, but as of right now, I can tell you: I've never seen a company try harder to help some people in a bad spot out, and that alone makes them worth your attention!

Jessica and I believe Cody arrived on time and drained my septic tank and found it it had a clogged pipe which they took care of for an additional fee. I was highly satisfied and will use again.
