I had a great experience with this tint company! The two gentlemen who helped me were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to help me choose the right tint for my vehicle and made sure I understood how the new tint would work with the factory tint that was already on the windows.I really appreciated that they were mindful of making sure the final tint would not be too dark and that it would remain within the state’s legal tint limits. They were patient, helpful, and clearly took pride in providing quality service.Another thing I really appreciated was their communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the different stages of tinting my windows, so I always knew where they were in the process. Before the job was completed, they also communicated what time I should return to pick up my vehicle, which made everything very convenient and easy.They even took care of me on a Saturday, which I truly appreciated. From start to finish, they provided excellent customer service and made the entire experience stress-free. We had them remove old window tint that was extremely sticky and difficult to deal with, and they handled it with so much care and attention. They took the time to do it the right way, making sure not to damage anything—especially important areas like the rear window defroster.The new tint looks amazing, and you can tell they take pride in their work. They also did a deep clean of the interior at a very reasonable price, which was such a great added bonus.From start to finish, their communication was top notch. They were quick, efficient, and professional the entire time. I also really appreciated that they work in a garage, which keeps dust and debris away and makes a huge difference in the final result.They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and it shows. I took my Lincoln Navigator in to get all my windows redone - my old tint was very hot during the AZ summers and was not serving its intended purpose. I was unsure about the process given that I have never had a vehicle tinted outside of dealer-installed tint. The owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best option for my needs. I got my vehicle back same-day and was very pleased with the results. My driving experience is noticeably more comfortable with less light entering the cabin of my vehicle, and it holds its temperature far better than the previous tint. I recommend this shop and especially appreciate their lifetime warranty.
