From start to finish, Endrick at 360 PDR was amazing. He handled the insurance hail damage claim for us. He kept us up-to-date with the process as they were fixing the car as well as what the insurance company said. He did a final walk-through with us and cleaned it before giving it back to us. He very professional throughout the whole process. Our Mercedes looks brand new again!
