I just had a prenatal massage with Heather at Uprise Pelvic Health and I cannot rave about it enough. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.The pressure was perfect—relaxing but still deep enough to actually release the tension I’ve been carrying in my back, hips, and shoulders. She clearly understands the pregnant body and was so thoughtful about every adjustment and support pillow so I could fully relax.The entire experience was incredibly calming and I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and more comfortable than I have in weeks.
