Her empathy, expertise, and wisdom expand into customer care. I know I can rely on her to adapt to my unexpected situations: surgery, with an extended recovery time, a need to reschedule suddenly, rare, but it happens, and always be sweet natured about everything. For example, when our home was chosen as one of the holiday show houses, extra attention was given to details. Tour guests commented on how “spotless” our home was down to the corners! And RMT came through. (I was focused on design details not cleaning.)Tammi has taken care of me for several years. She is pure sunshine, always asking if I have special requests. I cannot imagine not having Tammi in my life. The rare times I have had substitute staff, I have been delighted by their work ethic and expertise. I have Lisa to thank for this.I am very selective about home services, and Rescue My Time has my highest recommendation.We began using the service as an assist for post-op procedure. We met Deborah as the first pro. She is all we had hoped for: professional, skilled, efficient, and personable. ( We sometimes had other pros fill in, and we liked their work.). Staff is friendly and helpful when scheduled service must be changed due to medical appointments. Highly recommend.

I've had Cassidy twice now and does a very good job. I'm still not used to Andrea not being here. She (Andrea) vacumes my living room furniture, folds my blanket over the couch, puts liners in wastebasket. So many other touches that shows she was here.

Angie and Isela did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning my home this past weekend. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, detailed, and incredibly thorough. Every room was spotless, organized, and refreshed far beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in what they do truly shows. It’s not easy to find a team that cares this much about the quality of their work, and they delivered excellence from start to finish. I’m extremely impressed and grateful for the level of care they put into my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to having them back again!
