Craig communicated with my husband (Bashir) about the issue we were having with our office condo furnace. Craig was very responsive and went above and beyond to resolve the air flow issues that kept happening. He came back multiple times, and everything is good now and hopefully we won't run into more issues. I will continue to use NextGen services and will definitely recommend to anyone.
