I visited OTA World in Annandale, VA to try the Osaki massage chairs and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and explained the different models clearly. I was able to test several chairs and really feel the differences in massage strength and features.The showroom was clean and comfortable, and I never felt rushed. It was very helpful to try the chairs in person before making a decision.Overall, this is the best massage chair store.
