I visited OTA World in Annandale, VA to try the Osaki massage chairs and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and explained the different models clearly. Great store, great family management. They value you as a customer, they are fair, and makes you feel comfortable to try a chair that is used by many because they give you plastic to protect yourself. Highly recommended!
