This store is amazing Eric took his time to explain everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. Very inviting environment. My goal was to just look and tryout chairs to see which one i would perfer in the future but Eric's energy and the amazing price deal they had made me buy immediately. I definitely recommend them

Eric was very courteous in assisting my wife and I, and he answered all the questions we had regarding the Osaki product’s features. We had a pleasant buying experience. Thank you Eric.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They gave me a great price, delivered my massage chair much sooner than expected, and even arranged professional installation the very next day.I’m extremely happy with both the service and my purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a massage chair!

I recently purchased a massage chair in the OTA World showroom in Annandale and had an outstanding experience. I wanted to specifically highlight the excellent customer service I received from Eric. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed without feeling rushed. It is rare to find such dedicated service these days, and Eric made the entire process seamless. If you are looking for high-quality massage chairs and a team that truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend visiting this location!
