This gym is clean and has a very nice relaxed atmosphere which is due to our trainer Lauren.She is absolutely amazing with the activities she sets out for us and the individual encouragement she gives us all and creates an environment where everyone is motivating each other.As a non starter , I have been to many gyms and given up but with Diesel gym , I look forward to the sessions.I keep looking at myself in the mirror and the change in me .Thanks Lauren and everyone else .!!!

Trained at Diesel for a few years before moving out of East London. Safe to say one of the best experiences of my life has been training BJJ, Muay Thai and MMA here (special shoutout to Shirzad for the 1-1 sessions and Saturday morning MMA classes). Coaches are excellent and provide a great platform to build yourself physically, mentally and emotionally as a person. Recommend it to all those who wish to get involved in combat sports, recreationally or professionally.

I have discovered this amazing place over a year ago by attending ladies circuit training with Lauren.And just because of Lauren's most positive and inspirational attitude, I got to love exercising. Not only that I started PTs with her, she also got me into running which I really doubted I could do.I couldn't recommend a better trainer than Lauren who truly changes lives and makes impossible possible.Thank you so much, Lauren, for keeping us fit and motivated.Vilda
