I’ve never left unfavorable reviews before, but I have been managing a neurological disorder: Dysautonomia and POTS. The flareups started in the summer of 2023 when I was under a long term plan at their clinic receiving two chiropractic adjustments per week with traction. Dr. Osada when she was still there was great, but the other chiropractor was exceedingly forceful. He would apply strong thrusts to my mid-back, which would often knock the wind out of me, and then crack my neck, causing a rush to my head. I regret not voicing my discomfort at the time, but I thought, no pain no gain. One time the traction machine overly pulled on my neck and would not stop pulling until I asked a nurse to turn the machine off. By the summer I was getting what I didn't realize were tachycardia symptoms in the middle of the chest and feelings of inflammation and always being on edge. Each night I would get irregular heart beats, making it hard to fall asleep. Later and after 2 trips to the ER for what I thought was a heart attack, I was diagnosed with Dysautonomia which still flares up. All those adjustments I believe ramped my central nervous system so high that it was never able to calm down . All I can say is don’t let any clinic talk you into a long term plan that is making you feel worse. For me I will never allow any chiropractor to perform sudden or forceful thrusts and cracks to my neck.
