Whenever you need a collision shop ones emotions are high. Our car was stolen and found. We needed a collision shop so I called and Steve answered and immediately was able to calm my nerves. He guided us through what we needed to do and worked well with our insurance company. He had estimated 30 days for the repair which was done in about 12 days. Throughout he kept me informed and comfortable. The work done looks fantastic, I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.

We took our truck in to get dent repairs out due to a acorn tree that totally covered the the roof and hood of our Grand Cherokee, we had to get it repaired because it was a lease and it had to be turned in soon. Needless to say Custom Collision did a phenomenal job that after turning our lease in we decided to buy it back they had our truck looking like it was fresh off the assembly line!! They do great work and have a friendly vibe will return if ever needed try them out you won't be disappointed.

If you’re looking for rust repair done right Custom Concepts is your place. I looked in the metropolitan Detroit area for about a year. If I found someone that would even take a look at the work that I needed done it would be with a zero warranty.I can’t say my truck looks as good as it was when it was new…because it looks better. Recently needed my passenger door and mirror replaced on my Audi with a door and mirror I purchased. Talking with Steve over the phone gave me that good feeling before even coming to the shop to have them take a look at the damage and explain a few things. Steve and Carlos were both wonderful people to work with to get the job done and were honest and upfront about the scope of the work and potential issues. There was a very small hiccup with the job but the guys went above and beyond to complete the work and even though they had to touch the car twice they never asked for another penny and only wanted to see the work completed.I will be referring anyone and everyone I know to these guys because the team deserves it. PHENOMINAL. I cannot stop bragging about the team at Custom Concepts. Steve and Carlos provided the best customer service, pricing, and turn around time to meet my needs. I came to them to have my lease door fixed. Not only did i receive the best quote but it was completed in 3-days, 2 less then initially needed and for $200 cheaper then quoted. Steve set me up that if when I turn my lease in and they have issues to call him before they take the vehicle back and he will fix me up for additional things i decided to wait and see what the lender clears me for.I will be doing all my future business with Custom Concepts and I will recommend to them to anyone. I had a great experience with Custom Concept Collision. My son’s truck is a rust bucket especially the bed so we got a new/used bed but it was the wrong color. Called several paint shops and found Steve who was willing to take the time to hear my issue and give a quote. To make it even better the guys in the booth were cool and helpful as well.
