I have nothing but positive things to say about Lilia and Eternal Waters Aquamation. Herbert was such a sweet little guy and when he passed, it was a very emotional and vulnerable time. I was comforted knowing that Eternal Waters treated him with the respect and care he deserved. I truly believe that Eternal Waters is not there for making a profit but because they care about pets of all kinds and their owners and want to give them the most compassionate experience when loss happens. They give space in the waiting area to grieve and say goodbye, instead of rushing you out the door. When the process is done, they gave back keepsakes as well, so you can have a special memory of your pet. While Herbert is truly missed, I am at peace knowing he was loved and cared for all the way through to the end.

My baby passed unexpectedly, and I didn't know where to bring her. Everywhere I looked was too expensive, if I could even find anyone to just give me a price at all. I found Eternal Waters Aquamation, and Lilia was very kind from the start. She treated my baby like she mattered, and used her name when other businesses just referred to her as an 'it'. We had plenty of time to say goodbye and nobody rushed us or made us feel awkward, and we felt comfortable and relieved when we left. It did take the full 10 business days to get her back, but when I went to pick her up, everything was laid out for me to see. They even included a little nose print as a sweet surprise gesture, and I was able to make a little shadow box with her keepsakes. I will definitely be taking my other pets here when they pass, thank you so much Eternal Waters.
