Quieren que el carro esté operativo al 100% y sin detalles para darte el monto negociado ósea los $500 de lo contrario te ponen excusas y te ofrecen menos. Se supone que es un carro que por algo no lo queremos arreglar tiene que tener algún problema, y es algo que uno lo habla con ellos por teléfono y luego salen con otra cosa diferente a la negociada al principio.
