Is very user friendly & answers all questions.I am impressed with the follow-ups every 3 months which is included. This is vital to the success of your hearing aid experience.Updated technology.Use your hearing aids' app (Resound) on your cell phone (or the button on the hearing aids), to increase or decrease volume.Depending on which set you purchase, the app allows one to control noise, & speech clarity.Barrie even removes ear wax! Yucky, but a super benefit. 😳Charlene, mans the front desk! Accommodating, friendly, kind & sharp!

I will not go any other place. Dr B is an outstanding care giver. She is very professional and personable; she always seeks to help me hear better and understand how to best use my aids. Charlene the office manager is very friend and always there to help! The facility is great! Easy to get in and out.
