This company was originally hired by the buyer when I sold my house. I was impressed with how thorough they were, so when it was time for me to buy a home, I decided to hire them myself.Update:After moving into the house and actually living here, I’ve found many issues that were not identified during the inspection. While I was initially satisfied with the inspection, I now have serious concerns about its quality. There are multiple problems throughout the home, and I genuinely do not understand how these issues were missed.Because of this experience, I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars.———————————————————————Their pricing was very reasonable, and most importantly they were extremely detailed and professional. The inspector, Bob Murphy, quietly focused on his work and was very thorough throughout the inspection.Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

Camelot Home Inspections was extremely thorough with our inspection process! Their comprehensive report was very well organized, easy to understand, and was completed in less than 24 hours! Unfortunately I was not able to attend the inspection because I was out of town, but I had a family friend meet the inspector at our new home and they were impressed as well.
