Edit at Bottom!Absolutely amazing customer service, staff polite, professional and WOW, what an amazing job with my 8 year old BEIGE carpets that look like they are new! Every stain gone. Even ones they could guarantee an improvement in, they didn't just improve, they disappeared and the carpet was like new again.It was absolutely remarkable.Best money I've spent in a long time. After seeing dirt and spills under a UV light before the clean, I'm so glad I booked this in. I will be using this service again for my other rooms soon. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!EDIT.OVER A YEAR ON...And this company is still OUSTANDING!They have gone above and beyond for me!Every clean is excellent, the owners are amazing! I've had more cleans and booked more in. I was recently in a position where I could get some help with my lounge carpet replaced due to it's condition (very old, WRECKED through using a home vax for many years and a repeated dog urinating on it). The moisture in the underlay meant it had to go! When they arrived to clean my ither carpets, they tested the moisture in the carpet and did a confirmation for me that the carpet needed replacing from a professional perspective helping me get the support I needed from the company that would help me pay for it.They then went on to clean the rest of my beige 9 yr old carpets everywhere else and did an amazing job as always! The father and son duo really are the loveliest of gentlemen, professional and really know their stuff!My carpets always look like new after a clean from them!I'm booked in again next month for carpet and sofa cleans!Don't use anyone else, I wouldn't. They've made a very loyal customer out of me!I can't thank them enough!!!

Father and son did an absolutely perfect job! I’ve had my house for 5 years and I have an indoor Ragdoll cat, the carpet looks exactly like the day I moved in. I consider myself a very clean person, no shoes allowed in my house, and yet the difference was unbelievable! As a bonus, they even cleaned my partner’s van seats for free! Can’t recommend Clean & Fresh Carpets enough — fantastic service
