We have used Heidler for a number years from replacement of systems to emergency repairs. At our home they have installed a new tankless hot water heater which has reduced our gas bills. Had a gas leak at the meter. BGE had to shut off the gas. Called Heidler at 8 am and they assigned a stand-by crew to come to the house sometime during the day. Well, the crew arrived promptly at 9 am! Crew was respectful and diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the issue right away and for a lot less than I thought it would be. I will be calling Heidler again for any of my Plumbing or HVAC needs in the future. First-rate company! Less

The folks at Heidler are terrific. I have a hot water heater problem. When I called on Monday, a technician arrived the same day. They needed to order a part from the manufacturer who sent it overnight and an appointment to finish the job was set for the next morning. The technician was professional having diagnosed the problem very quickly. He patiently described what needed to be done, answered my questions and told me what to do in the meantime. With holidays approaching, I needed help eliminating a "funky" smell from the (basement) ejector pump pit, especially thinking about the guests who will be staying across the hall!
