We experienced a failed valve on our hot water system resulting in no hot water and a leak in the basement that threatened to become significant. After calling the office, and getting a return call from one of their master plumbers, they made it to the house and fixed the problem only minutes before we had 7 people over for a dinner that took two hours to prep. And the best part was the guys left the house cleaner than they found it. Can’t aak for better.

Always a great experience with Heidler. We lost hot water on Sunday (right in the middle of bathing the dog! Lol). Called Heidler first thing Monday morning. Carol was so friendly, and had a tech out to us before noon! On a Monday!! Bryan was terrific. Turned out we needed a new hot water heater, and Bryan spent some time video conferencing with the manufacturer to get us partial warranty coverage. They had the new one installed that afternoon, and we had hot water by 4 pm. Wow! I always recommend them. They also recently helped my elderly father who forgot he doesn’t have a garbage disposal. Wonderful company.
