Five stars is not enough for Josh and Jason at Heidler Plumbing.My name is Joseph and I moved to Eastport last year, about a month after I moved I began experiencing severe plumbing issues that could not be resolved without locating my cleanout. After four different plumbing companies came out to my property, charged me thousands of dollars, and still could not locate my sewer clean out, Heidler Plumbing got it done in under an hour, free of charge.The other companies had me digging in multiple wrong locations and tore up my yard in the process. Staton alone came out twice, charged me north of $1,200, and could not even tell me where my main sewer line ran. One of them quoted me roughly $10,000 to “replace” a clean out that, as it turned out, already existed and was sitting in an obvious spot on a completely different side of the property.Then Josh and Jason showed up. In about 40 minutes they located the clean out the other four companies missed, and within 30 minutes they mapped out exactly where my main line ran, something nobody else could do. And they did all of it as a courtesy, at no cost.What stood out was not just the result but how they worked. They were genuinely friendly, sharp, and clearly knew what they were doing. Rather than guessing and digging blindly like everyone before them, they took a tactical, methodical approach, calculating the direction and angles of the sewer line to pinpoint exactly where the clean out had to be.
