Brian came and diagnosed that the hot water heater was failing. It a few hours it was replaced and we only call on Heidler.Phillip arrived and It old him the issue. He had the leaky faucet fixed in minutes. Heidler are the only plumbers we use. always on time, polite and never try to "sell you" anything. David Donithan and his son did an awesome job in suffocating heat locating and fixing a hidden break in a water pipe in our condo building. The pipe was in a very awkward location but the team persevered to find and fix two leaks. They should be commended for conscientious and determined work to resolve our problem. This is the second time in two weeks Heidler has responded to our Condo buildings to find and fix leaky pipes. Each time, Heidler technicians were prompt, highly capable, dedicated, and successful.

I'm so very pleased with the attention and customer service I received from Heidler Plumbing in Annapolis. From the professional and kind phone representatives , Racquel and Carol, to the technicians, Kevin and Ken, who gave the original estimate, they couldn't have been nicer. I arrived home early Saturday and found technicians Brian and Jason, already here and working, by 7:00 a.m. They were, both quiet, efficient, professional and answered all my queries as they arose. They cleaned up all the debris and made sure to advise me, if I had any problems, they would return to correct them. Yeah!I have heat and hot running water again! I'm very pleased with Heidler Plumbing. l highly recommend there service and would gladly use them again! 11/2025
