Sewage line blockage. Solving this problem involved multiple visits to clear blockages. Ended up requiring installation of an in line clean out at our property line. After clean out installed waste pipe from the clean out to the city sewer line was inspected by video and snake, A plastic mulch bag was recovered which was caught at the junction to the city sewer line - things have returned to normal.
