Bruce and Robert were great. They fixed our gas fyre insert and provided a service contract as well. Our cost with it made our expense less than a service call and repair.Heidler responded in a timely manner - much less than other vendors we tried to schedule.

Heidler came out to evaluate an issue with our hot water heater. The technician (Tom) did a thorough investigation and found the likely culprit promptly followed by an estimate to address the problem. We have used this company to address almost al of the plumbing and/or heating/cooling issues in our home and we have never been disappointed First rate company that we highly recommend.

Phillip was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. We had an issue with our toilet that had a root cause more involved than a simple repair, but at each step of investigating the issue, Phillip explained what was going on and what would happen next. He showed me where things were broken, why they broke, and what that meant. He was very courteous and polite. Our toilet ended up needing a new flange in the concrete floor, but now it is sturdy and sealed and we feel really good about getting this service from Heidler.
