The first thing you did was arrive on time. I consider it a sign of rest. The plumber put on his booties right away, respect again. The work was completed competently and timely. The appointment was made over the telephone in a friendly and efficient manner. We got service after just two days. The plumber showed up well within the time window after completing some earlier work. He was here about 3.5 hours which seemed about right to me to re-seat on two toilets to the floor.
