Through the process of Heidler working on my gas and electric fireplace I learned that the system in my house is not easy to get to. The first day Bruce came and it took him over 5 hours to diagnose the problem and try to fix it which unfortunately couldn't be done. It took about a week before they could get the part needed and when they did Stephen Heidler was our technician and had the installation done in less than 45 minutes. Overall was happy with their service and pricing but feel the communication could have been a little better in terms of when the parts would arrive and how long we would have to wait for installation.

Chuck came out to our house and explained the procedure for a required inspection of the backflow prevention valve assembly. As far as I can tell, this is not an easy test (over a dozen steps) and must be done with precision. I appreciated Chuck explaining the procedure and working diligently to complete it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heidler and there services. I have been with them for a while and they are definitely customer oriented from the moment you make that call to the receptionist, I normally get Justina who is great and so are the other staff if Justina is on another call to the techs who do a thorough job. I always ask for Bruce who is top notch and very thorough and will not tell you that you need to have something done if it does not have to be done. He is honest, dependable and a very dedicated hard worker. He does not mind you asking questions and is very knowledgeable which I truly appreciate. I also have to add that Phillip Love, I only had him one time when Bruce was away, he is excellent too. Dave and his helper were very professional and did great work. The job site was cleaned up well and they were very careful with keeping the home and the job site clean. Even though Heidler is a top-notch plumbing firm, their pricing was very reasonable. I would most highly recommend Dave and Heidler for any residential plumbing jobs.
