Dr. G and staff are everything you could possibly want in dental care. I have grown up a bit scared of the dentist - this is the opposite. I've had cleanings, a crown, a bridge, fillings, veneers - all of the stuff and this team is professional, efficient and full of explanations - you know how you can tell that coworkers enjoy and respects other? That's WFD! from recpetion to hygenist, to dental assistant to the man himself. The best!

This is the best dentist I’ve been to, Michael really makes sure you’re comfortable and explains everything. Even if you need a lot of work he does really well to not overwhelm you.

Dr. Mike is GREAT! He has been my Dentist since 2015. I was excited and proud for him when he opened his own office. As I met his staff I always told them he was a GOOD person! He does excellent work. He is honest and does not try to take advantage of you, that’s called integrity. People can be taught skills and manners. You can’t teach someone to have a caring heart though, it has to be part of who you are. He has that heart.

The Best period. And the staff is fantastic.

We have been going to Dr. Gillogly for a few years and are so happy that we found him! I have never had such a great experience at a Dental office before (and I'm 64!). Everyone is friendly, prompt and helpful. Dr. G and his staff are gentle, concerned with your comfort, walk you through what they will be doing and good at what they do. I never feel pain (not even the numbing needles!) and they always go out of their way to accommodate my breathing issues making me feel safe in their hands. His office has top of the line equipment, TV's on the ceiling to occupy your mind while they work and restrooms nearby. He is very good at what he does and always with a smile. The staff are great too. Always working hard to fit your schedule. There is never a long wait. I love the whole office and no longer dread going to the dentist! Thank you Woodforest Fine Dentistry - Karen R.

I can’t recommend Dr. Mike highly enough! I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years, and Dr. Mike is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough — and he genuinely cares about your long-term dental health, not just quick fixes. From routine cleanings to more complex procedures, every visit has been smooth and stress-free. His team is friendly, the office is modern and clean, and I never feel rushed. Dr. Mike explains everything clearly, and I always leave feeling confident about my care.If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate dentist, Dr. Mike is the one to see. I refer everyone I can to him — he’s that good.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Michael Gillogly for a few years now and have always been pleased with his care. However, it wasn’t until I recently experienced a dental emergency that I truly understood just how exceptional he is as a dentist. As is often the case, my emergency happened after hours on a weekend. I called his office, and to my surprise, Dr. Gillogly personally went in to help me. He didn’t refer me elsewhere or offer a temporary fix to get me through the weekend—he took time out of his own weekend to provide real care. What stood out even more was that he didn’t rush me. He took his time, thoroughly assessed the situation, and even tried to provide an estimate of the cost. The next business day, Laurie followed up with the detailed information as promised. From what felt like my worst nightmare to the final appointment, Dr. Gillogly and his staff were outstanding. They followed through on every promise, kept me informed, and even got me scheduled sooner than expected. I was given clear expectations regarding my treatment and timeline—and yet he exceeded both!Dr. Gillogly’s attention to detail is impeccable, and I fully trust him with all of my dental needs. His entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and professional—true customer service is alive and well in his practice. I cannot thank Dr. Gillogly and his team enough!

Lets me start by saying Dr. Mike is very polite and patient dr. He tends to go above and beyond for every pt and he doesn’t try to push unnecessary dental work. Office stuff is super nice and sweet. Its a brand new facility. Tiffany at the front desk will always accommodate you with an appointment time that works for you.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I lost a filling and contemplated on going to my old dentist 2 hours away or biting the bullet or trying a new one here. I’m so glad I tried Dr. Gillogly at Woodforest Fine Dentistry. His staff was able to get me in quickly. I ended up having to get a crown and couldn’t be happier with my experience. He put a picture of my tooth on the screen so I could see as he explained what was the issue was. He gave me several options for treatment and didn’t pressure me to choose one over the other. The procedure was completely pain-free and he explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was very thorough throughout the procedure. He is very personable and puts you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Gillogly and his staff.

This is THE BEST dentist and staff in the Woodforest and in my opinion within hundreds of miles. The best I have come across in 40 years. Best cleaning and best lady at front desk.. won my business for life

THIS is the Dentist to go see. I’ve had extreme dental anxiety since I was a kid. Because of that, I haven’t been to a dentist in 15 years…. Until I found Dr. Mike. The first time I went in for a consultation, he prescribed me some anti anxiety meds and it made it manageable. Once I found out how professional he was, and how he constantly asks if there’s anything he can do/change for pain or discomfort, I now rarely take the meds when I go see him.My teeth weren’t as bad as I thought they would be, and Dr. Mike has me on a dental plan to where I’ll have a perfect smile in no time. Like others have said, he explains exactly what he’s doing while working on you, which helps me greatly. He also has a good sense of humor and the TVs in the ceiling are awesome! My only problem now is figuring out what to do when he retires in 30 years…

This is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Dr. Mike is literally the only dentist that doesn’t bring me to tears, he has a way of setting you at ease and you can tell he cares and devotes his full attention to the patient.I had a crown fall off the night before and he was able to get me in the very next day, saved the crown and took his time to make sure it was on correctly and wouldn’t come back off. In less than an hour I was on my way, tooth good as new. The night prior I was traumatized. The techs are also amazing and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you want a dentist that cares, that you can trust not to rip you off, and that will treat you with the utmost care and professionalism, go see Dr. Mike. They’re amazing.

I moved to Texas in January, and I searched online for a dentist in Woodforest. Dr. Gillogly at Woodforest Fine Dentistry had a 5-star rating with excellent reviews, so I made an appointment. I had a checkup and cleaning today and I’m glad I chose Dr. Gillogly! Everyone there-the receptionist, the hygienist, and Dr. Gillogly were so friendly and welcoming. Tracy, the hygienist, did a thorough exam and cleaning. Dr. Gillogly was professional and knowledgeable, and took his time to explain what he found. The receptionist gave me a detailed printout showing my co-payment for some work I need on two teeth. I definitely feel that I’m in good hands with Woodforest Fine Dentistry, and I highly recommend them.

Outstanding and for the first time in my life, seeing improvements

2021-01-04T22:53:30.032Z

In 2020, I worked with Dr. Mike on some projects outside of his industry regarding signage for his clinic. Mike was a complete professional in every aspect of the projects. Dr. Mike has a great eye for detail and is very thorough.... So it was no surprise, early in 2021 I came into a dental emergency and Dr. Mike was my first choice to call. Dr. Mike carried over the same professionalism that I experienced with him on his building projects. His bed side manner was beyond amazing, he was very sincere, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Mike was so steady handed that he made a very painful procedure not painful at all. Dr. Mike explained the processes and options in great detail and the entire experience was very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gillogly for any dental work over and over again. A true professional skilled doctor that shows care and concern for his patients is rare these days. Thank You Dr. Mike!!! PS the TV monitors in the ceiling are awesome and great way for patients to relax!

Dr Mike is the best dentist I've every gone to, besides my father who is retired since the late 80's. He and his staff are absolutely amazing. He's gentle and answers all your questions, and concerns. He was even going to drive to pick up my antibiotics and pain medicine if I couldn't find someone to pick them up for me. Do not go to any other dentist!!! I promise you're not going to be satisfied with any other dentist but Dr Mike!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! First class service. Bonus TVs in the ceiling for relaxing entertainment while in the Chair.Thank you!

To say I am faint of heart is a major understatement.I broke a tooth over the weekend and Dr. Gillogley rearranged to get me in at 8am on Monday morning. He was the most professional, gentle, patient, concerned dentist that I have ever seen. My wife swears he gave me shots, but I never felt a thing. He took breaks as I needed not as he needed. His office is new and modern. The TV in the ceiling kept my mind off of everything. DONT GO TO ANY OTHER DENTIST. HE IS THE BEST!!!
