The free consultation offered excellent customer service, taking time to assess need before charging anything.I’ve spent money on other physio therapists in Holmfirth and didn’t get anywhere near the same personalised service.Nick works with integrity and even admitted I would be better seeing a podiatrist (and therefore not gaining work from the free consultation).This kind of no strings attached service rekindles my faith in humanity! After spending £300 on various physio and massage for my very painful buttock and leg pain getting nowhere I booked an appointment with Matt. He was very thorough asking lots of questions that hadn’t been asked before and literally got to the bottom (excuse the pun!!) of my problem. I was in a lot of pain sitting down and trying to sleep so I booked 6 sessions which were spaced over a couple of months. He told me the homework started at home and it would take time for it to heal which it did. I now have the tools to deal with any future flare ups and would definitely recommend these guys .

Nick is absolutely amazing! I went to see him in January about a knee issue caused by running. He wasn’t pushy at all during the consultation—he clearly explained all my options and what he’d recommend, then outlined a step-by-step plan to get my knee working properly again.
