I have been wanting to do a head spa for so long. I finally booked an appointment for my birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The girl I had was amazing. She didn’t rush and truly took her time. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a very long time. From the neck and shoulder massage to the head massage, I found it more relaxing than a regular massage. My hair looks and smells amazing too!! I will definitely be back again!

My husband surprised me with a treatment at New Concept Beauty Bar today, and I seriously cannot say enough good things about the experience. It was beyond amazing from start to finish! My service was with Alyson. The head spa, scalp massage, and hot oil treatment were so incredibly relaxing. I walked in feeling like my brain had a million tabs open and walked out feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and pampered. 😂 The scalp massage alone was worth it! The entire experience felt luxurious, calming, and like exactly the kind of self-care I didn’t realize I needed. My hair and scalp felt amazing afterward too. If you’re constantly busy, stressed, overstimulated, or just need an excuse to shut your brain off for an hour, GO BOOK THIS. I’m already looking forward to going back. 💆‍♀️✨

I booked a head spa with a glow green tea facial and added on a shoulder and neck massage. It was pure bliss. 90 min of heaven. Definitely will be going back!

My daughter and I went together and we both agreed we could have stayed for another three hours. What a wonderful experience. Will be back!

This place is wonderful! Heather killed it for my service. Get the chopsticks add on - it's worth it.
