With two children under four years old, they can make a really big mess. Part of our journey is to keep the house cleaned up, but having time to deep clean is always tricky. We met Right the 1st Time at the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics, and we were so impressed with the owner, Amy, for her passion for cleaning and servicing others in a genuine way. And true to her word, she scheduled us space, gave us a contract with specifics that would be done during the visit with multiple price options, and had two technicians at our house for five hours, giving us the additional cleaning to make us feel more at home. Getting ceiling, fans, baseboards, and all those spots you know you need to get in your home, but you want to spend time with your kids, Amy and her team are quick to help us save both time and money. We are now forever partners on an bi-weekly cleaning plan! Also a huge shout out to Jeli for her immaculate work. No dust on any frames of the doors, windows were all beautiful looking through, and you could almost not tell that two kids had been there before. Super thankful! And highly recommend!

I contacted Right the 1st Time last month for an estimate after seeing some neighbor’s recommendations online. Quick and easy estimate with discussion of what our family needed. First cleaning completed on 8/14 and so happy with how clean our house is for the first time in months. Balancing work, the kids extracurriculars, and everything else with life was feeling like too much. Josie did an amazing job with each of our bathrooms and our kitchen. So excited to keep a monthly schedule that will help me feel more organized and put together.

A wonderful company!! Amy and Loupe were amazing to work for! We were moving out of apartment! We needed someone who was cheaper to clean our apartment than our apartment complex! Its a great price! For our 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Around 800 sq feet apt. It was around $280! Amy was great at getting me in! Very flexible and many options! Once we got a date Loupe was our cleaner. She was very punctual and friendly! She informed me what and where should would be cleaning first! She was able to get a lot done in my 3 hours! Very thing she cleaned looked amazing! Definitely want to use this service again and will be recommending it to many people!

Right The 1st Time was a huge help getting our master suite cleaned and back to liveable after a big renovation project! They were very helpful with scheduling around our project dates and patient while we waited for insurance approvals.Everything was covered in layers of dust after the renovation but it was good as new once they left. Preparing for our second baby, I knew house cleaning was something I wanted to splurge on as it was a major stressor for me postpartum the first time. Initially we were just going to do cleans throughout my maternity leave. I received the premium clean in January, and have been doing bi-weekly cleanings the last 12 weeks. The premium clean was great and Amy has been our technician for the bi-weekly cleans and she is phenomenal. The attention to detail she has is next level, and she is such a sweetheart! We loved her services so much we decided to stay on as a monthly clean indefinitely. Highly recommend Right the 1st Time if you have any cleaning needs!

I've tried different cleaning services over the years, and have to say Right First Time truly ranks at the top. My home needed a LOT of TLC in a deep clean before moving in. Jeli and Zoey did an outstanding job with every aspect including baseboards, blinds, kitchen cabinets, and some tricky areas in the bathroom. And the house smelled so clean! Plus, the owner and office manager were super responsive and engaged, offering insights and patiently answering my many questions...this means a lot to me. I'm so grateful to have found this company.
