I had my gas hot water tank leak and flood my basement bathroom this past Sunday. I was on the phone to several companies of course and was hoping to it repaired or replaced ASAP. When I called Air Connect I got Jay directly on the phone. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and set me up with a quote that was very reasonable and assured me that he would be able to replace the tank the very next day. Several other companies kept me waiting, wanted to send a crew out first in the next few days and would not commit to a price. Jay and his wonderful father came as promised, were exceptionally helpful and friendly and thorough! I cannot recommend them enough. I have owned my house for 32 yrs and had several companies in to do HVAC and none match these gentlemen! Use them, without question.

Great service. These guys were the third company that came through my home (first two were big box) for a new furnace install. Family owned business that offer competitive pricing and more importantly, they do very clean work. I’d certainly recommend them.

I recently had my hot water tank replaced by Air Connect HVAC and experience was top to bottom. The team guided me through the selection process, installed Bradford white tank, and upgraded old ABS piping to PVC for long -term reliability. They walk me through the steps involved in the replacement so I was always aware what was happening. They treated my property with genuine respect- the site was left clean and organized when they wrapped up. From first contact to full installation, it was done in just 4 days.I couldn’t be more satisfied and would absolutely recommend them!

Thank you Air Connect!! Jay came to save the day the same morning that I called to book an appointment. He arrived right on time and he and his dad worked for hours to make sure the house air conditioning unit was up and running. His communication was very clear and respectful. Was shopping around for a heat pump when I stumbled upon Air Connect. Jay was amazing from the jump. He definitely stood out from the other companies that came out to give me a quote. We decided to go with a King Home heat pump. From the sales process, to Jay helping me with the rebate process and finally to the install, hands down a 5 star hvac company and experience. Thanks again!

Excellent experience, clear communication, and a competitive price! They arrived on time and handled the full replacement of our hot water tank/boiler with a tankless combi boiler. They kept us updated throughout the work, so we knew what was happening and could plan around it. They also took the time to answer all my questions about the new unit and made sure everything was left clean and organized before they finished.

I had an amazing experience with Air Connect installing a new furnace at my home! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, and they were quick to schedule a consultation at my home. Jay, who came for the initial visit, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options—no pressure, just honest advice. When it came time for the installation, the team (Jay and his father) worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the process. Jay and his father are the best. They helped me to complete the rest of HVAC work of my legal basement. With their intensive experience in the field, they know which parts are required to get the job passed without increasing a lot of cost for the owner, don't like other contractors who only care about taking money. Their services are very reliable and trust worthy. Highly recommend to everyone.
