​I recently reached out to Tactical Lawn Maintenance and spoke with Alex to have an Irrigreen digital head unit replaced. Since Irrigreen is a unique, specialized system that differs significantly from a traditional irrigation system - I contacted Irrigreen, the manufacturer, who suggested Tactical Lawn Maintenance because they are an authorized installer and service company for their equipment. Alex and Ryan were fantastic!​I called in the morning, and Ryan was at my home that same afternoon. Not only did he replace the digital head quickly, but he also took the extra time to inspect my other units to ensure the entire system was working properly. I found Tactial Lawn Maintenance through Facebook. Alex was the first person to reach out to me via Messenger. We set up a day and time for his partner, Ryan to come look at my yard and go over what we wanted to get done.Today, Ryan came over and cleaned up all the tree limbs, trimmed or cut down some shrubs we had, got up all the leaves that we had, aerated the yard, and put down the grass seed. I can not wait to see how my yard looks once the grass starts to really grow.Thank you Alex and Ryan for the great work today. I look forward to continuing working you guys.
