If you’re looking to have your forever home inspected, go no further. This is the second time my daughter has used DeAnthony for inspection and she and her partner could not be happier. He is very thorough and a true professional. He answers every question you have and then some. As buying a home there are some anxious moments about the whole process, but he talked them through every detail. I was recommended by my Agent and from the moment that we scheduled the inspection, Mr. Norwood reached out not even 15 minutes later. When I met Mr. Norwood, I knew he was going to be amazing. He was kind and patient in answering all my questions and put up with my chatty 6 year old who interrogated him about everything he was inspecting. Previous to retaining Mr. Norwood for his services, there were certain areas of the house that we were concerned about. At the end of the inspection, he went over his report just to be able to talk through some of the items that were of concern to him. Low and behold, the items of concern were in his report regardless if it was a safety or just wear and tear issue. That tells me that Mr. Norwood is not only thorough but he cares about his clients' enough to bring attention to the things that he would his own home. He was super communicative and notified us of everything. If we have to buy another house or need to refer someone, we will definitely use Property Masters Home Inspections, LLC AGAIN!!!
