The guys at Top Shop were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I took my car in for a diagnostic, which I’m happy to say it was a free service. They were able to confidently tell me the issues I was having with my Fiat 124 Spider. (I needed Spark Plugs and Wheel Bearing/Hubs in the rear) I was able to get some of the cost covered by my warranty and the rest financed by one of the two services they offer. They had my car for less than 24hrs and I picked it up and drove home in what felt like a brand new car. If anything were to occur in the future for repairs I will return to get service there. My transmission gave out on my 2018 Camry. After calling a few shops I decided to go with Top Shop. Gabriel was very transparent from the beginning and very reasonable with the repair cost. They rebuilt my transmission in just 3 days and i was able to get back on the road in no time. Thanks to their great work my car is running like new. I’ve had great luck with this shop. My van engine went out and they repaired it. After I took the van out of town and broke down an hr outside of Houston with my children. They sent someone to pick me up and tow the vehicle back and repaired it again. Apparently a part that was replaced malfunctioned. Then I was smelling gas, and my neighbor smelled the gas from the sidewalk and came to let me know. I took it back and they went through it again. The vehicle is running great and I’m hoping to not have to see them again too soon. My only complaint is ice cream and food trash was left in the vehicle and I don’t even allow my kids to eat messy food in my vehicles. That rubbed me wrong for about 30 seconds but mechanics have to eat too. LOL I’m sure leaving the trash was oversight. Trustworthy shop that honors their warranties without question.
