I never thought that I would have fun on my hormone replacement journey, but all three times I've been in to the Lee's Summit office, I leave smiling and feeling like I am doing the best thing for myself to feel like... myself (again). The women who work here are brilliant, funny, and so kind. I appreciate the support, knowledge, and advice I am receiving each step of the way.

I am genuinely perplexed by this establishment's high rating, as my experience was entirely disorganized and unprofessional.They failed to follow through on their end of a standard initial consultation call. After waiting more than 20 minutes past the scheduled time with no contact, I had to reach out myself to find out what was happening. Rather than actually fixing the situation it was a scripted apology and they asked me to reschedule.When we finally did connect via phone, the representative continually interrupted me and offered nothing but excuses for their lapse in communication. Navigating hormonal health requires a high level of trust, structure, and patient care—qualities this business severely lacks. Based on this disorganized and dismissive behavior, I cannot recommend them.
