I have been going to Evelyn consistently for the past 6 months and she helped me so much. She is really intelligent when it comes to sports massage, mobility and care. We do deep tissue sports massages and have done some cupping as well. As an athlete, seeing her on a regular basis has allowed me to push harder in my training and recover faster. I'm very grateful that she is so open and helpful. She is always happy to share her wealth of knowledge with me so that I have specific things to work on throughout the weeks between our sessions. I would recommend her to anyone, even if you aren't an athlete. But for athletes in specific, this type of work, attention and care is a game changer. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I used to be a therapist so super picky, and David is one of the best at targeted chronic-pain-focused massage. He is intuitive and understands the anatomy to know exactly where to do detailed work. He also took the time to show me some stretches specific for my chronic head, neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend David!

As a masters track athlete, keeping my body a well-oiled machine is crucial. I've been to several so-called sports massage therapists, all epic fails. I had pretty much given up but decided to give it one more try. Walking into David's space was a breath of fresh air. No candles, no new age music, just tables and the clang of the weights from Mutiny Crossfit. David listened to my concerns and got to work. This is not (for me) "feel good" massage but mechanical bodywork designed to allow me to race at my best. I consider David a part of my team. So glad I took another chance.

It's not possible for us to overstate how amazing Rich and VFE has been for our high performing teenage daughter, who is a distance runner with D1 aspirations. As a protective parent, it can be hard to allow a therapist to go "hands' on" with our daughter, but we wouldn't want to work with anyone but VFE. We felt extremely comfortable and safe from day 1, and the results speak for themselves. Definitely the place to go for an elite teenage athlete. You get what you pay for!

As a regular runner, I need good therapy on my muscles. I first met Evelyn after a race and for a short session, she worked out some kinks. I have since booked her a couple of times now for a full session and she first asks what ails you the most. Her approach is very thorough and she gets to the root of the issue, going through the entire muscle chain to make you feel better!

For years I have been plagued with injuries. Old and new. Since I began to see Evelyn Garcia at VFE Duarte my overall shoulder and lower back pain have been reduced. I have a way better range of motion on my shoulder and can tolerate vigorous work routines and exercise alike. I am a work in progress and trust that Evelyn will help get me right and keep me right.
