I always have a wonderful experience with Phil. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. He takes the time to ask how I'm feeling, is anything bothering me and then asks me what events I have coming up. As an incredible athlete, he gives me the guidance that i somehow always need. Highly recommended if you have an injury or just need some maintenance on your body from working out.
