Louis was excellent from start to finish. He was very flexible and worked with my schedule to make sure the inspection could be completed when I needed it. I was present during the inspection, and he was extremely thorough while also taking the time to verbally explain his findings and answer my questions. The report was provided in a timely manner and was organized and easy to understand, making it clear which items needed attention or correction. Overall, I had a great experience with Louis and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a professional home inspection.

I called them for two home inspections, wind mitigation, and four-point inspections, and I was very pleased with their work. It's quite detailed, with photos and videos. They are punctual, very professional, and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them 100%.

I am very happy we did the 4 point and the wind mitigation as well, it saved a lot of money on my home insurance. This company is a gem and I would recommend them to anyone. The inspection report was very thorough, and had an option to set up a to fix list, which is very helpful.Thank you for helping make this process so smooth.
