We had our kitchen fully remodeled in late 2022 with Ariander Homes. This project was a total redesign with walls being moved, new electrical and plumbing run, new windows and floors installed, and all new cabinets and appliances. Tim was great in getting our project completed on time and budget. He recommended several additional details that we hadn't even considered but absolutely love now. His work is excellent and precise. He was very friendly and easy to work with as well. He went above and beyond to ensure that we would be happy with our new kitchen for many years to come. We would absolutely hire Ariander Homes again for any future home projects!

Tim was a fantastic contractor! He is quick in his response, very professional and courteous, and did amazing work for us. We had originally hired a handyman to hang a set of interior French doors, but after two days of struggling and the doors never closing, we fired the handyman and reached out to Tim to come fix what the handyman started. Tim came over and in under 6 hrs had the doors framed, hung, handles in place, drywall and trim up, and the entire place cleaned and looking better than before he arrived. His attention to detail is unprecedented and he asked us preference questions we hadn’t even thought to consider previously (i.e., do you want the handles the same height as the other doors in the house). Unlike other contractors we’ve worked with in the past, Tim proved his number one goal is client satisfaction. Tim was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to being repeat customers![pictures are before and after Tim's beautiful work]

Had Tim and his company perform some work on our house and count not be happier. He removed a wall and added some recessed lights along with crown molding which has completely transformed our first floor. The house was always left clean & safe prior to them finishing for the day which is greatly appreciated with a small child. Would 100% recommend Tim and his company for any household job.

Loved working with Tim on a huge variety of projects. Installed replacement windows without damaging frames. New concrete garage floor, landscape walls, complete bathroom renovation. We hated to move and leave all his work behind!

Last week I had the pleasure to work with Tim. I called Tim to see if he could do a small project for me. He was quick with all responses and very clear about all the details to the project. Although he is so busy he was able to get me that quote within less than 24hrs. My customer experience was tremendous and I would absolutely work with his company again in the future.
