I sold my previous home myself and was able to find a buyer that also did not use an agent. Selling your home yourself is not difficult, and the amount of work that goes into it doesn't come close to warrant the commission that most real estate agents or realtors charge. Chris knows this and has built a business that truly puts his clients first by providing them the full service of a real estate agent for a commission that a home owner can be immediately comfortable with. Chris has a ton of experience in the business and was able to answer any question I had for him. Additionally, he knows the area extremely well, which helped tremendously when it came to small repairs, negotiating an acceptance offer, and looking after the property after we moved away.
