Just had Tech Brian Morgan out for a second opinion. Was told by another company that I had a slight crack in my 2 yr old heat exchanger. He checked the furnace extensively using different methods and found no evidence of any crack. I was even looking over his shoulder as he put a camera probe in several locations and all looked clean and good. Guess you just won me as a new customer!! October 2025 we bought a house and got possession 1 weeks before I gave birth to triplets. Unknowingly the previous owners had not taken care of the house and the basement ended up flooding shortly after we got possession. Kings knew the situation and Jim came out and did a few days work to get us all set up. This week (9 months later) one of the pipes he fixed started leaking again so we called. Jim came out next day, remembered us from last time and asked my husband how me and the babies were doing. Then he explained what had happened with the part, replaced it, gave us a warranty and didnt charge us for the fix. It was incredibly thoughtful for him to remember us and our situation and ask about all of us. Aside from the great work that was done both times, the personal touch of remembering us will keep us calling Kings.

King's came out and repaired out water heater. Monroe was prompt and did a great job diagnosing our issue. After finding out it wasn't installed correctly when out home was built he worked through the issue. Price was fair and I will definitely be using King's again for any plumbing needs I have.

Went in on the advice of a friend, for a small piece to a bathroom faucet. Had been to 2 other stores and unable to find what I needed. Steve at Kings did not think they had one either but he did not just give up and he did indeed find the right one! Steve was helpful, friendly and I am truly appreciative for the great customer service!

We had to replace our water heater in an emergency situation. Eli arrived on time and was very efficient. We requested that he move our shut-off valve lower so we could get to it quicker. This required replacing & relocating quite a bit of the existing plumbing. Really appreciated Eli's effort and wouldn't hesitate to recommending him & King's for your plumbing needs.

Greatest interaction I have ever had with a business and its employess. We had a new furnance installed from them.The owner, Jerry came out and explained our options to us. They are honest, on time, polite, thorough and professional. We came home from weekend long vacation and it was 30 degrees in our house, snowing a ton and furnace wasn't working. I called them and technician, Brock showed up almost immediately. He was awesome, personable and very knowledgeable. He had it fixed and heating the house in no time. Thanks Brock!!! I will only use them for any HVAC or plumbing job. THEY ARE THE BEST!! Pleasure doing business with them.
