I have been using Apex for nearly 10 years over two houses. The techs are always punctual and professional. Bugs are non existent and even if we do see any bugs, we just call Apex and they will send someone out to the house free of charge to re-treat.

I believe my technician was Tony. We had a wasp/yellow jacket problem. When he came with his bee outfit on I knew it was over. It was a stubborn hive but Tony did a great job. Just in time for our vinyl siding people to redo the house and not get stung.
