We’ve been very happy with 98 Pools. Their communication has been great and when our pump stopped working, they even came out an extra day to make sure the levels were back under control.

I’m so happy I found Nick from 98 pools. My pool has never looked cleaner. I love getting his checklist and picture of my beautiful pool every week. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, and so friendly. I never knew my pool could look so good after having previous companies. Wish I had come across him sooner.

98 Pools has serviced my pool for a couple years now. I’ve had a few others, but nothing has come close to the level of service from these guys. Super professional and I get pictures before and after the cleaning, pictures of everything checked along with notes and chemical readings/added. Highly recommend!

I have had 98Pools since April. On numerous occasions they have cleaned my pool and not primed the pump. Sometimes this has gone unnoticed for up to 4 days. 98Pools will not take responsibility for their lack of experience. They say time stamp showing "bubbles" is proof its working when they leave. Also, they claim they repair as well, which is NOT true, they cant even change a seal...they will refer you to another company. I do not recommend this company. Find someone more reputable.

Great service! They have always been on time, friendly, and quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone needing/wanting someone to do maintenance on their pool.I would give 10+ stars if I could.
