I have had 98Pools since April. On numerous occasions they have cleaned my pool and not primed the pump. Sometimes this has gone unnoticed for up to 4 days. 98Pools will not take responsibility for their lack of experience. They say time stamp showing "bubbles" is proof its working when they leave. Also, they claim they repair as well, which is NOT true, they cant even change a seal...they will refer you to another company. I do not recommend this company. Find someone more reputable.

We started with 98 Pools in 2021 when Jared was the owner and had a wonderful experience with him. Recently, Jared moved and sold the company to Ken. Prior to his departure, Ken was with Jared for 3 months in order to gain more knowledge of the routes, pools, and pool care. Now that Jared has left and Ken is the sole owner and operator, he has picked up right where Jared left off, and it was a smooth transition. Ken is punctual, good at what he is doing, and most importantly, he seems to really cares. Thanks for everything, Ken!

Jarred did a great job repairing a broken Union that was leaking on our pool. I was leaving town and he even located a hard to find union that no pool store had locally he completed the repair in one day even though he needed to locate the part. great Service company!

I had a booster pump go bad at the worst time possible (on a Friday and during the annual live oak leaf/catkins drop.) This company went above and beyond to get me back up and running immediately!! Exceptional customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and professional! I highly recommend for all your pool care needs!
