David was amazing, not only did he repair our dishwasher but he educated us on our other kitchen appliances. This will be the only company we use for appliance issues going forward. David was very polite, and fun to converse with. My husband was present but even if he wasn’t I would’ve felt safe and that things were explained thoroughly and correctly. We also had to reschedule due to not being able to get the part, but were kept in the loop and notified immediately, and rescheduled very quickly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 service, thank you David and team. When we were in desperate need of a washer/dryer repair, the only company that was free and willing to make an appt. that wasn't weeks away was Patrick LLC. He came through himself and was as skillful, friendly and professional as you could hope someone to be. Not only did he fix the issues we had but he snaked our dryer lint line which we desperately needed done. All of this resonably priced as well is why I couldn't recommend Patrick enough. UPDATE**** David came back with the ordered part and fixed our fridge in last than 30 minutes. This is the same fridge that 2 other companies not only didn’t fix, but had is waiting over 6 months for a more expensive back ordered part that we didn’t need.
