The first visit from Tom was great, I was really happy with the service. I tried to rebook and the first message was ignored, I messaged again and an appointment was made, a couple of drops of rain appeared during the consultation and instead of waiting to see if the rain subsided (which it did in less than 5 minutes) the appointment was rescheduled by Tom and the time then changed 3 times!Today I finished work early, as a new appointment had been made for 3pm, 3:25pm I received a text from Tom advising he’s stuck in traffic and asking if can we reschedule to another day!!He gets good reviews, and his work is good but for some reason he has taken a dislike to me or my car and I don’t have time to be messed around!

I couldn’t be happier with the result. The exterior of my Tiguan came up looking fantastic after the wash and polish. Could not recommend anyone betterTom travelled 3hr to paint correction and ceramic coat my ute after being covered in iron. Better condition then when it left the showroom.
