I am attending this clinic for physiotherapy with Sukhpreet Mangat. She is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about patient progress. Every session so far has felt purposeful, and she took the time to explain each exercise and treatment so I felt confident continuing at home. I noticed a real improvement and have always felt supported by Sukhpreet and the front admins, since I started treatment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy care.

Terrible experience with their Administration and how they handle MVA - out of protocol assessments and treatments. I have advise their front end staff of the current situation where my auto insurance at the time with the adjuster handling my claim was not approving additional treatments prior to going to their facility and didn’t take the initiative to follow up with TD insurance if they are willing to cover the assessment. With that said I had to pay out of pocket expenses since I was not informed prior to coming to their facility that they did not follow up with TD insurance. They are in experience and neglectful when it comes to the needs of their patients especially when they’re brand new. I’ve requested to be reimbursed or refunded for the treatment that me and my partner received due to their incompetence since they just assumed based on the information I provided that I’d be okay with that process instead of being courteous and say we didn’t call your insurance and we assume that you had an agreement of assignment with your personal lawyer that they’d be reimbursing you the cost. Which wasn’t part of the agreement or what was told to them. All I mentioned was that I was advise by my lawyer to continue treatment and use my personal insurance and pay out of pocket expenses until TD is able to approve coverage. Now I’m out of a pretty hefty amount of $204.00 for incompetence and neglectful facility that don’t value new patients. That’s why my partner and I have gone ahead to a different facility due to this administration issue.

I had my first appointment with Sukhpreet tonight and I could not be any more satisfied and grateful. The clinic itself was clean, and the front desk staff were efficient and kind. Sukhpreet was truly one of the kindest providers I have ever worked with, and she went out of her way to explain the reason behind the concerns I was having with my ankle. She gave and demonstrated a huge list of exercises for me, and made sure I had a good understanding before leaving. She even went out of her way to show me my next step exercises to avoid extra appointments for me. I can tell even just from my first appointment how kind, dedicated, and passionate she is about caring for her patients. I am so appreciative, and would highly recommend her and the clinic!

I've had two massages with Herlett Morrison, and I really enjoyed them. Although I feel some tension in my muscles during the massage, it's completely painless. And afterwards, my body feels lighter. This is the best physiotherapist in the city guys wow!!. The front desk staff are so sweet and accommodating. Everyone is polite and exceptional at what they do. My physiotherapist was Parachi and honestly she listens to my needs and accommodates me how i want. If i tell her it’s painful she even switches it up to my satisfaction. Herlett the message therapist also did my massage at this clinic and she was soooo nice. Herlett has hands of magic guys please check her out too. Herlett was very sweet as well and listened to my needs too and did everything as i wanted❤️😩. I’m grateful to have found these lovely ladies and this clinic.
