I know this review is long overdue, but it is one that is deeply deserved.When my dad passed away two years ago, Joe stepped in during one of the hardest seasons of my life. With only two days’ notice, he pulled everything together and provided incredible food for our family and friends. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but he also gave us a very generous deal and showed a level of kindness and compassion that I will never forget.Joe is the kind of person who genuinely cares about people and his community. His business is family-owned, and that heart shines through in everything he does. During a time when our family was grieving and overwhelmed, he helped carry a burden we didn’t have the strength to handle ourselves.The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and the care he showed our family meant more than words can express.If you’re looking for a catering company in Bloomington, I can confidently say this is the best catering business around. Custom Catering blew my mind! We had them cater for our wedding and have ZERO regrets. We have had so many people approach & message us about how good the food was. Just when I thought I didn’t care about the food quality because all you ever hear is you won’t eat it as a bride, but it was PHENOMENAL and we did in fact eat our food because it was so good. 😅We had many poke fun at us for doing Mexican style at our wedding - and they all changed their minds after 🤩 I dream about that food and def plan to hire them again for future events. I’m just hoping that event comes soon!

The food was phenomenal and the service even better! The salad was so fresh, the dressings homemade, the carrots and mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious, and the fried chicken and pasta were out of this world. Let’s not forget a special mention of their homemade garlic and herb butter served with their decadent bread! Definitely worth giving these guys a try for your next catered event!
