I wanted to find something for me , to help my lower back pain and my pelvic floor issue , improve my bladder control. Discovered when working with Nikki and doing hypopressives everyday , I started to feel the benefits just after 30 days. My posture has improved , less back pain . Because of how the hypopressives works with the breath , it can be mediative and rebalancing for the nervous system . Can’t recommend Nikki enough , she’s so professional and kind , really has so much knowledge about her craft .

I have really enjoyed learning to teach Hypopressives and advanced Hypopressives with Nikki.Nikki is an incredibly passionate teacher and gives great feedback. She has really helped me to improve and evolve as a hypopressives instructor- for which I am very grateful.The online and in person courses are both great.

I’ve just completed my Advanced Hypopressives teacher training with Nikki at Hypopressives UK. Nikki is an expert in her field with so much knowledge and she practices what she teaches so is a great advocate for Hypopressives.The course was one day in person with online support and resources available as well. We completed 4 online live teaching sessions as well. I have loved how the course is run with a mix of teaching online and in person to fit around family life. It has been great taking the practice further and I can’t wait to share my knowledge with my clients. I have especially found the additional theory on Hypopressives so interesting.
