I actually can’t believe the difference I’ve felt from doing Hypopressives. I never wanted to admit after having kids that when I ran or did high impact exercise, I would leak slightly. How, as a qualified PT, could I tell people that, and then expect them to trust me to train them?! After 8 weeks of consistently doing Hypopressives, I could run around after my children again and not worry.Hypopressives has also had a massive difference on my gut and bloating, or lack of bloating. Having crohns, arthritis and anaemia, I’ve always found it hard to be consistent with exercises because I burn out so quickly when I do too much, and on the days I have energy I push myself too far. Hypopressives has been the most consistent I’ve been in a long time with exercise, and my digestive system is much happier!I was so pleased with my results, I went on to train with Nikki so I am able to teach Hypopressives to my own clients.Nikki led such a beautiful and inspiring training day, with so many gentle reminders of how women’s health is failed so badly, and how much of a difference Hypopressives can make to our health and well-being. Her passion and knowledge shines through and it was a pleasure to learn with her.I highly recommend joining her challenge group, if you’re interested in learning more.
