If I could give Dr. Grady Hilge more than five stars, I absolutely would. It is incredibly rare these days to find a healthcare professional who takes the time to truly listen, and Dr. Hilge exceeded every expectation I had.He never made me feel rushed or like I was simply being pushed through the system. He listened carefully to every concern, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me clear, thorough, and extremely informative answers. He even used pictures to help explain what he was seeing, which made everything much easier to understand. His knowledge, patience, compassion, and genuine concern were evident throughout the entire appointment.Beyond being an outstanding audiologist, Dr. Hilge is simply an all-around great guy who immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident that you are in excellent hands. The entire experience—from my initial phone call through the appointment—was efficient, professional, and first-class.
