Love my new hearing aids. Loved the service given to me. I just have one suggestion: To those who order their new hearing aids and pay for them, it would be so much nicer to book a 3 week appointemnt instead at that time instead of waiting for the new hearing aids to come in and then make an appointment and wait another 3 weeks.

I arrived early for my appointment and the staff offered me coffee and cookies while I waited. It wasn’t long before the manager came out and helped me with my problem. She was professional and friendly and she made sure I had supplies that were needed.I always have a warm and welcoming staff to greet me at my appointment. I highly recommend them.

I met Dr. Jina Scherer for the first time. I like her ten times better than the last audiologist I had (who no longer works at Professional Hearing Services). She did more thorough testing (using the same equipment) and based on what she saw gave me a referral to an ENT specialist to see if my hearing problem is treatable by other means than a hearing aid. I always felt my last audiologist was pushing me straight to hearing aids. Obviously, if the ENT can fix my hearing, Professional Hearing Services won’t be making as much money on me, so it shows integrity in my opinion. I definitely like Professional Hearing Services and I really like Dr. Jina Scherer. I recommend them highly!

High Quality ExperienceI was referred to this office by my spouse who had previously been tested. Dr Mitch is a professional and I really appreciated the quality service that I received. Although my hearing is far from perfect I do not require hearing aids at this time. Dr Mitch was excellent, explaining everything to me as the testing proceeded.

This was my first visit to the office to have my hearing aid checked before the warranty ran out. I purchased them in Illinois, but now that we’re in Michigan, I need an audiologist here. I was extremely impressed with the office staff, the location and decor, but especially a Dr. Grady. He took all the time that was needed, listen to my concerns, and did a very extensive examination. At this time, I did not need new hearing aids, but I will come back to have them checked in six months. I will follow any advice Dr. Grady gives me because I appreciate his expertise and knowledge of hearing problems. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new audiologist or concerned about their hearing.
