One Way Septic was able to give us a next day appointment which was on a Saturday. They ran late due to an unexpected repair at the stop before us but they communicated that with us. Once they arrived they pumped out our system and inspected everything including running cameras around the system. They helped us with knowing we were doing the right things for our septic system as well as making suggestions. They definitely have our business from now on. We found out later that they did our neighbor's repair work as well and they were also very pleased.

Totally happy with the service. Your guys were next door doing a repair and we asked them to look at our system if they had time. My husband noticed some wet area at the septic tank. Never having lived where we had a septic tank before we were unaware of the requirements for routine maintenance. Turned out our septic was over full. After finishing their job next door they came over and looked at our system. We have not done anything with the septic system for the 40 years we lived here. Chris and Rodney worked until well after dark to fix our system. They were very pleasant to work with. They also had to remove an extra tank lid that broke when a dirt truck was delivering dirt. The dirt company just installed a new lid and told us the old lid did not need to be removed. We were totally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both Chris and Rodney. We will be adding your company to our list of routine maintenance projects for the future.

One way septic is amazing from start to finish. Office staff was professional and timely. Got a same day appointment. Chris was an outstanding tech. He knows his stuff, is kind, listens well, answers questions, and is willing to talk with you while doing excellent, expedient work. The business was generous to give me a discount as money has been tight for me. Lastly, the attention to detail was impressive. Chris is the man!
