I shop this store almost weekly the past 8 months and wanted to finally post a review. Their store made hummus & baba are the best I’ve had in years…family & guests love them both. I also purchase the Bulgarian feta, kubbah, falafel & grape leaves with similar rave reviews. So glad to have discovered this Hillard gem this past year. My go to store for all things Halal-Mediterranean.

I live in Texas but have been in Columbus for a few weeks; I wanted some Arabic food, and after searching online, this place caught my eye. Honestly, the food is amazing—I loved it and the flavor was excellent; everything I ordered was delicious. It’s a takeout-only spot that also functions as a small market for Arabic food products—they have a bit of everything. The food tastes great!

I had a disappointing experience. The store’s posted opening time is 9:00 AM, but I arrived at that time and waited until 9:15 AM, and the store was still closed. If the business hours have changed, they should be updated on Google so customers don’t waste their time. Please either open on time or update the posted business hours.

They make fresh pita daily. Go in the morning and it's still soft and warm. Wide variety of middle eastern food products.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the staff in charge of preparing the shawarma sandwiches. The gentleman in question, a white bald man wearing glasses, does not seem to have a very professional attitude in his work.I have observed him speaking to several customers in a rather cold manner. When I asked for information about the sandwiches myself, I also received an unwelcoming response.I am writing this message in the hope that the manager will take note of it, as this type of behavior can unfortunately affect the customer experience and lead to losing customers. As they say, “the customer is king,” and good customer service remains essential in the business
