Very disappointed that Jimmy Trims has now changed owners & now has moved onto being a Barber Shop. For years this was a wonderful place for a senior lady to go and receive a good haircut or set at a reasonable price. There are enough Barber Shops in Kelowna. I cannot see your business growing 🥲

I came in with awful box dyed hair that I tried to strip myself. They did the most amazing job fixing me back and getting a beautiful balayage done. Not only were the staff very friendly and efficient but the place was organized and clean. I definitely recommend!!

I have been at their hair salon at 10 am on a cold day. The lady was on the phone and took some minutes to open the door for me and othe customers. I booked a hairstyleand she said no our receptionist is not a hair styler and said something else and I don't have time for you!!!! It is not my problem that the person doesn't know her job!

just to let everyone know that there pay for 6 haircuts and getting the seventh for free is not being honored anymore. been a long-time customer, time to go somewhere else.

Garbage staff!!! Don't know anything about cutting hair. Fire Ashley and Synthia ASAP. Demanding refund for the debacle of haircuts my son and I received yesterday. Incomplete cuts and utter disasters.

My son got a haircut today and the hairdresser did not do a good job. When she was finished she didn’t comb or style or dry his hair and it looks half cut. I realize he is 16 and not good at communicating with the hairdresser yet but she could have made some attempt at making it look decent. She didn’t even trim around his ears. We will not return to Jimmy Trims.

I went in for a color yesterday with Emma. She did such an amazing job!!! I’ve never been happier with my hair and it cost half as much as the last salon I went to. Thank you Emma!!!

Hair dresser did what she thought was best rather than listening to what I actually wanted in terms of both cut and color. Took forever to grow it out an inverted bob afterwards as I had a very small amount of hair at the base. Very uncomfortable experience.

Had an amazing first experience with Lupita. She did my hair cut from such long hair to a new look & it turned out to be perfect. I was a walking a 1/2 hr before they closed. Just one stylist there an he was working on another client. Fortunately he agreed to take me. He took his time an made feel totally relaxed. He did not rush at all An I love how my hair turned out! The lady at reception was fabulous with terrific sense of humor too. Gr8 all a round experience.

Always super friendly and helpful. I am a pretty consistent drop in customer as my schedule is very fluid. They are almost always able to accommodate me when I stop by and while I get a very basic haircut it is always well done and quick. Great atmosphere and staff!

Don't take your kiddos here (under 4) to get their hair cut. I felt rushed and that the hair dresser had no patience for little ones. Kids should feel special when they get their hair cut, not an annoyance.

Great job cutting my sons hair, walked in without an appointment and was finished 20 minutes later.

My girl, Theresa did a GREAT job once again. Friendly staff that knows their stuff but if you want that personal touch, ask for Theresa. Thanks girl for a great hair day.

Awesome & affordable haircuts!! Theresa cut my 11 year old son’s hair today and she gave him the best haircut he’s ever had. She took her time and did such a nice job. We were very impressed. My son left feeling like a million bucks (and he usually hates getting his hair cut)!

I love Jimmy Trims. Great haircut for $20 including tip, easy to get appt with same person every time with only 1-2 hours notice, and frequent customer stamp cards. If I want to pay an extra $10 to get a free can of Coke I can go to one of the other establishments in town I suppose, but I'll keep the lower "no-frills" rate I think, ha ha. Highly recommended place!

Brought my daughter in for her first hair cut, and the hair dresser didn't engage with her or make a big deal about it at all. She knew it was her first time, but there was no service for my daughter at all. Won't be going back.
