Thank you Thumbtac for hooking me up with an outstanding, local plumber. He gave me an honest quote, and was flexible when I needed to add some additional work. He did not rush the job, nor did he just waste time either. In the end, he removed ALL the old lines, gas included, and put on all new fittings, valves, and flex. He waited until the tank fully heated up, cleaned up when he was done, and walked me through all the features. Yes, it's a water heater, but they have modern controls.

Highly recommend Alberto for water heater replacement. Mine broke late Dec 2025 around Christmas. I struggled with home warranty till I contacted him. Alberto was prompt, efficient and diligent in following-up. I wanted the replacement done with City Permits. He came back twice after the 1st install, to make adjustments as required by the city inspector.Highly recommend Alberto for his professional work, thoroughness and prompt service.

Alberto was very accommodating. We called him last minute hoping he could help us since our hot water and gas were not working. Even though he was across the way, he reassured us that he would make his way over—and he did, right on time. He was very professional, explained everything clearly in a way we could fully understand, and fixed the problem efficiently. We really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to others and we will absolutely continue to utilize his services in the future as well. After receiving multiple outrageous quotes, I jokingly shared these quotes in my pilates class, "my kids may be getting warm water for Christmas!" Well, there is a reason why you share life with community because a pilates client popped her head up and told me to contact Premier Plumbing Solutions 925 immediately! Alberto was very responsive and thorough with what he recommended, and educated us on how to keep the water heater lasting as long as it can. His pricing was very reasonable. The installation was smooth, and the sweetest thing was that he brought his two sons to learn how to install for what I can only imagine is to one day continue the business in their name. I would recommend Premier Plumbing Solutions 925 to anyone needing a new water heater!
