They were responsive, professional, and offered a very competitive price.Simon, the engineer, was fantastic throughout the installation. He was polite, respectful, and left the house spotless at the end of every day, which made the whole process completely hassle-free.We initially had a 5-way splitter system installed to supply four rooms, and we've been so impressed with the quality of the installation and the difference it's made that we've already booked Gear Bros to come back and add air conditioning to our living room.We're already enjoying the benefits of the system, especially during the warmer weather, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gear Bros Ltd to anyone considering air conditioning. Contacted Gearbros after our commercial air conditioning system was looked at by 3 other companies all with an unrepairable diagnosis and quotes of £30k + to replace!. Showed and explained to Gearbros all 3 reports off the other companies and they suggested they come take a look and see what they can do. Within 2 hours they had diagnosed the system and explained everything that needed to be done to get the system back up and running. Accepted the quote and they ordered the parts the same day and within 2 days our “unrepairable” system was back up and running better than it ever was before!Massive thankyou to the engineers and the whole team. Highly recommend, amazing company!
