I am purchasing a vehicle while out of state and after speaking with Nick I had the owner take the car to RMP. They caught a major issue that would have been a very costly repair had I purchased without their inspection. They were kind and courteous over the phone. The owner of the vehicle even messaged me to let me know just how great they were. Thank you again saving me a headache.

If they can't fix it then no one can.

RMP Auto has done multiple jobs for me including performance work, alignments, exhaust installation, performance parts installs, and even belt service on another vehicle. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and fast. What I appreciate most is they don’t try to pile on unnecessary repairs or upsell extra work. They tell you what actually needs to be done and get it handled correctly the first time. At this point they are the only repair shop I trust and the only place I take my vehicles. Highly recommended.

I took my Altima here after my usual, dependable mechanic, who doesn't really want to repair AC units suggested them. My AC had been charged twice by him and it kept blowing warm after a couple weeks. I talked to Nick who told me what it might possibly be and said they could fix it after diagnosing it. It ended up being that the AC compressor was starting to fail and have me a price that I thought might me a little high so I went home and called around to find out how much other places would charge for a AC compressor, condenser and expansion valve replacement. Everyone was about the same so I had them go ahead and do the repair. After getting the car back a heard some strange noises coming from the AC when it was on low so I took back so they could find the issue. They never once gave me a problem or attitude about bringing it back and they found out that the expansion box they put in it was faulty so they had to replace that again. Wasn't their fault as I know it's not uncommon to get a bad new part once and awhile . They had have since fixed it and have no more issues with the AC and it works great!!It's nice to get great customer service in this day and age. I met the Owner when I first brought it back in because of the sound and she immediately had a mechanic go out and take a look at it. She was very polite and professional. Nick was the same way and a joy to deal with!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done on their car. They stand by their work are more then fair on their prices!! Thanks guys and great job!!!
