I had hail and wind damage in May of 2025. I reached out to Pro Installation & Design and was told it would take a few months to get my house fixed. While it took WAY longer than that, closer to 10 months, I understood everyone in St Louis was in the same boat as I was. I stayed patient. Every so often I reached out to my salesperson AJ who assured me he was still in communication with State Farm concerning my claim. He also told me about supply issues St Louis was having. While it wasn't fun waiting, WOW, was it worth the wait! I FINALLY have my house fixed and it looks PERFECT! The crew that worked on it attended to every detail and it looks brand new! I am EXTREMELY happy with how everything turned out. My neighbors who rushed their process with other companies are already complaining about the shoddy workmanship they received. I am SO grateful that I waited and the crew that worked on my house took their time and did it properly. I will not hesitate to use Pro Installation & Design again in the future. They are a top-notch company. 5 stars for sure!

They were just to replace my roof then I figured my room was leaking from the tree falling on the roof I called amen sent pictures and they fix that also. Very professional and quick to respond and get the work as soon all the materials came in and didn’t leave a mess.DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND will be calling if need anymore work done ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
