Absolutely terrible company to do business with!!! Logan is a great sales man because that is what he did. He sold me on the company and they were family and veteran owned. Which they may be but their values and company are not what you would expect out of a family and veteran owned company. We had them come out to our house and Logan said he would deal with the insurance company and handle any supplement that we may have. I ended up signing a contract with them to have them do a lot of work and some more than what the insurance company was doing. Roof, gutters, fascia, soffit, siding, windows, doors, and staining my deck and fence. I think I got it all. Was told it would take a couple months to get everything in and do the work as I wanted to do it all at the same time. He said that would be no problem at all. Singed on 6/24/24. Went on for months and finally talked with owner of the company as I wrote them a $13K check to get started. Ken the owner of the company said that he has my job now and he will be the one that makes sure it all gets done as he knows that myself and another customer (friend of mine) is not happy because nothing is happening. Finally I get a call saying my roof would be there within a few day. Well to their surprise the roof supplies where already delivered. They sat on my roof for a month before I told them that it would be ok to do the roof without the other work even though I wanted it all done at the same time but I didn't want something to happen to all these supplies on my roof and in my front yard. The roof looks great and is on the house. This happened on Oct 10th and when doing it I got a text from Logan saying I needed 6 sheets of plywood at $75 a sheet and they were never even at my house yet. Simple mix up or trying to get me for more money? Now lets jump to 11/13/24 when I get a call from Chastity that she would like to meet me at my house and talk about what is going on. I meet with her and tell her about all my displeasure and tell her I'm not sure that I even want to continue with them doing this as I have gotten no customer service and the owner of the company cant even keep his word. She stood in my front yard and told me that she was the problem solver and she would figure all this out and get it working. I told her to do me a favor and go back to the office and figure out a time line for everything and we will talk about what we will do going forward. She told me ken was out of the office til friday that his daughter was sick and she would sit down with him friday and call me by 1 P.M. well I get a text that friday saying ken wouldn't be in til monday now but she is going to work on a few things and send me pics and get me some dates by the end of the day. Well the day came and went and never got any pics or calls or texts from anyone since that day. Come to find out that Kens daughter wasn't sick they were out flying a plane together. So while His employees can't get anything done Ken is out enjoying life and his customers are all suffering because of it. I have since sent them a letter requesting money That I have paid back since they have not stood by their end of the contract. In saying all of this I WOULD RUN AWAY FROM DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO REPEATLY! Less

I'll try and make this short. Logan Croft trolled my parents neighborhood seeking out vulnerable, elderly people not long after a storm occurred in May 2024. On July 27, 2024, Logan signed a contract with my parents which contained a quote of $5500 for repairs to their roof. 50% was required at that time. They were told that he would return in 5-6 weeks to do the work. We'll, today is November 19th and Logan has dodged numerous calls from them and disconnected the most recent call when he was told that the next call would come from their lawyer. We'll, today, I personally went to Pro Installation and was told that everyone had "bolted" for the day. This conversation was had over their ring camera. The person identified himself as the owner, Ken. He stated that he could not come and speak with me personally because he had just had a root canal (bull), but after telling him that our attorney would get involved, he offered to check the status of the materials and claimed they had been ordered "long ago" and that he would reach out to Logan as well as the supply company first thing in the morning and would be im touch with me as soon after as possible. Meanwhile, an contractor has looked at the roof and found that there are no issues and no need for work or replacement. Further, the roof is less than 10 years old. Given the lack of professionalism and failure to communicate, I speak on behalf of my parents and demand that a refund be issued expeditiously and in full. Our attorney is prepared to get involved and move forward with a small claims lawsuit within the next 3 days should no action be taken to rectify this situation. It's disheartening to know that someone who is so hard up for business or commission would seek out and take advantage of low income areas and elderly people who are clearly on a fixed income. Not one phone call since the execution of the contract on July 27, 2024 is completely unacceptable and will not continue to be tolerated. A refund needs to be issued for pick up from the Pro Installation Office in Maryland Heights. No certified mail or otherwise as this has gone on for far too long. Predatory practices such as this are unacceptable and those who take part in it, should be ashamed if themselves. Hopefully this post yields satisfactory results. Less

TODAY Someone answered the phone and promised he would call me back ..again...crickets. I've left several more messages. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! March 20th Update. I still don't have my refund and they've tried to tell me that they've sent out 2 checks. I specifically asked for a check to be sent by registered mail as my mail is unreliable. I've called multiple times again and no response until today.I am now awaiting a "3rd check." 2nd Update April 7th- He, Ken, the owner and proclaimed veteran, Literally tried to extort My money. Ken and his crew were outstanding!!! They took a tricky real estate transaction and quickly dealt with the insurance company and had the roof on by closing!!! The sellers and buyer were all thrilled with the beautiful work and professionalism!!!!!

Project was supposed to start on August 8th and be done in three weeks. After finally starting demo on October 11th this is how they left our home for the holidays. I am sure that they will respond to this review stating that they offered a partial refund but they have never given us any real accounting to base the refund on. I am also sure that they will say that there were supply chain issues but since they told us on september 9th that they had all of our supplies with the exeption of the tub that was not ordered until the day after we cancelled the contract that is just another excuse. Pro installation and design is a great company they did my roof in one day 7 men on job and they were fantastic and they cleaned up everything I would highly recommend them for anyone else.

Casey is the name of the representative that came out he was very prompt and helpful he answered all my questions and was very respectful. What really impressed me was that I found a company that was cheaper then this bid and he encouraged me as a Cunsomer to do what was best for me so thank you Casey.

We had a very good experience with Pro Installation after out roof sustained hail damage. Case was on the ball helping us get together with our insurance company (AAA) for the inspection. As soon as the paperwork was completed and the first insurance check arrived we were ready to begin. The materials were delivered and the job was completed in a little over a day. Pro Installation took care of the new items required by code (such as the drip edge) and installed a ridge vent in the garage where we had not had one. They are the biggest liars and thieves. They estimated a roof for one amount and we signed a contract and I put a deposit down for over 2000. They called back days later and said we aren’t going to make enough money and wanted more money, after the contract was signed and now are refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. The attorney general is my next step.

Theresa Schrum Project Manager was excellent! She was very helpful and kind! The installers worked from 7 thru 5:30 removing the shingles, removing and installing new plywood where needed, installed new shingles and clean up was very thorough. Thank you Pro Installation for a job well done!
