I initially met Johnathon over 5 years ago and, having worked as a real estate agent and met plenty of brokers, he continued to stand out as the guy I'd go to if I ever needed a loan. Some of the other brokers I know I'd be happy to have a beer with and I've even trained in the gym with some of them but Johnathon stood out as my go-to guy as he's genuine, across the details, trustworthy, and an all-round good guy.My wife, Dani, met Johnathon over a coffee where he answered all our questions and shared a link to his very insightful book.We didn't talk to anyone else, we just worked through the pre-approval process, looked at properties, made 2 offers then got an offer accepted on the second one.We had a valuation issue due to a previous disagreement between the valuer and the listing agent so Johnathon helped us change banks and fix the problem. He gave us an out on this property just in case we were concerned about the valuation but we decided to proceed and he made it happen for us.Since settlement 3 months ago, we've seen sales in our complex almost 10% above our purchase price so we're happy that Johnathon was able to help us achieve our dream result. Thanks again mate, I look forward to a few beers with you sometime soon.

I used Time Home Loans for a refinance, and then later on to extend the amount borrowed. Both times it was extremely smooth and they were prompt and really helpful. Recommended.

John and Jennifer were able to help me super easily get my home loan finance sorted. The idea of buying my first home was a very daunting process, but with their help, the only daunting part was choosing the house I wanted to buy. Once that decision was made, there was not an ounce of stress throughout the entire process from initial application to settlement. Cannot recommend this service enough as a first home buyer, saved myself tremendous amounts of time and effort.

No legal jargon or trickery, just straight forward honest and caring people. We thank you so much for helping us and we will never bank with anyone else. Look forward to achieving our next goals with you over the coming years. Best wishes Kelly, Andy, Quinn, Marli and Ethan

It was a good experience working with John and Jennifer from THL. They were very helpful and patient in getting all our documentation. This is the second time we have used them, and everything went smoothly again. THL helped us get pre-approval, which helped to get the 7day finance for the house.

We can’t thank John and Jennifer enough for helping get our deal across the line. We had been told several times prior that my income as a sole trader was making it difficult to service a refinance. I told John the troubles I had previously and he ran hypothetical scenarios by lenders and found a deal that we were able to secure. While the process took a while to finalise , we are pleased to of had Jennifer keeping us in the loop along the way.

Time Home Loans were the best thing that could have happened to us.My partner and I had some negative experience trying to secure a loan for our dream home we signed a contract for. Suncorp, after giving us the initial OK, knocked us back a week after the contract was signed for no logical reason. We then went to RAMS, however they were messing us around, not even properly looking at our numbers even though urgency was made clear and then saying no because of my visa (I am a temporary resident going permanent in the next year) after a week.My partner and I were so desperate after two weeks of the financing condition had been wasted and we only received bad news. I discovered time home loans online as I googled mortgage brokers in Dalby. From the very start, Jenny has been so helpful, warm and efficient. The very first day we were in touch with time home loans, she emailed me several times, updating us with the process and making sure the owner of the brokerage Johnathon Reeves could look at everything the following day. After, Johnathon and the whole team have also been nothing but amazing, prioritising us, communicating effectively and always open for questions. We were able to get an extension on the financing condition granted and time home loans were able to secure us a loan through ING and following everything through. We are so happy to have found them. They were the only ones that actually seemed to care and we are looking forward to continue dealing with the whole team when the review our loan yearly. We can only recommend everyone to go see time home loans before anyone else.

Having moved interstate for work and my wife moving Education departments it was extremely difficult to obtain finance with my current bank. Johnathon and the team at Time were extremely helpful and managed to secure finance, there were some stressful times along the way however their excellent communication and knowledge got the deal over the line and my wife and I into our first QLD property. I will certainly use them in future if i'm ever crazy enough to move again.

Angela and the staff at Time Home Loans have been fantastic, from getting our first mortgage to negotiating rates for us and refinancing. Angela has stayed in contact with us after settlement to ensure we’re happy with our loan and to continue to negotiate better rates for us. We have always and will continue to recommend Time Home Loans to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
