I booked a haircut appointment online and called to see if I booked a double appointment and they surprisingly got me in early which is what I needed anyways. The environment is very relaxing and customer focused. The music was the perfect level too loud and the lights are not too bright. You actually look normal sitting in the chair instead of a fluorescent monster.I booked Chloe and she was amazing. She listened to all of my wants and delivered. I don’t get haircuts very often but I would go back to Lalo again.Also the staff up front was amazing! I had a coupon but forgot to tell them and they were able to refund me!!! Incredible customer service. Highly recommend.

I went into Lalo salon for a bridal consult and haircut after reading amazing reviews online. Lindsay was my stylist and I had such a wonderful experience. She was very thorough in communicating with me to make sure that the cut I got is what I wanted.I was also able to chat with Noreen, the make up artist, and she was so lovely!Lindsay, Noreen and the staff at Lalo salon are so welcoming and were very respectful of my service dog. I am so excited to work with Lalo salon for my wedding!

This review is long overdue! I came in with a bit of a color disaster, and Bobbie worked his magic to fix it. Not only is he talented, He is incredibly patient and dedicated to take the time to listen to my concerns.He has done a incredible color correction and has totally transformed my hair. The salon staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend both Bobbie and this hair salon

Kaitlyn was awesome! My daughter has the coil curly hair. We’ve struggled finding a GOOD curly specialist. We found one at Hurley, but when we went back, she was gone. And the girl that took her place….. well we will just say she wasn’t the best. But then I found Lalo and I needed my daughter’s hair cut before school started tomorrow. Luckily they had an opening with Kaitlyn! Kaitlyn’s hair was very much like my daughters, so I already felt comfortable. And then she did exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Kaitlyn!
