Kaitlyn was awesome! My daughter has the coil curly hair. We’ve struggled finding a GOOD curly specialist. We found one at Hurley, but when we went back, she was gone. And the girl that took her place….. well we will just say she wasn’t the best. But then I found Lalo and I needed my daughter’s hair cut before school started tomorrow. Luckily they had an opening with Kaitlyn! Kaitlyn’s hair was very much like my daughters, so I already felt comfortable. And then she did exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Kaitlyn!

I originally was supposed to be with Lilly and she was SO experienced and professional, that she suggested a curly hair specialist for me. And what a GREAT recommendation that was!!! Katlyn who also has curly hair, new exactly how to give me an amazing haircut!! Very pleased with everything at Lalo. Staff and stylist top Knotch!!

This is by far the best salon I’ve been to. Everyone was so kind and hospitable the moment you walked in. It felt like everyone was one big family who were filled with passion for what they do. I came in last minute in hopes to fix a messed up haircut from a different salon. Chloe not only welcomed me with open arms, but made me feel comfortable and confident with how she was able to fix everything. This will now be my permanent salon. So grateful for Chloe and her amazing passion, kindness, and talent. If you’re looking for a salon to go to this is the only one you need to go to for anything!

I discovered Lalo salon from other customers who said the salon was one of the best if chesterfield and I would have to agree. I went and I can’t tell you how shocked I truly was the place was so professional yet they treated me like I had been a customer for years Chloe my beautician listened to what I wanted and she did a wonderful job. I will be back to get my hair done every time.from the moment I arrived at the door all the way through each step the vibes were great everyone was kind and the prices were even better.i love the salon they definitely got my service and I recommend chole. if you set a appointment that’s the girl to see. Although I would have to say they all were great.so if you’re new to town like myself try the Lalo salon you won’t be disappointed.

Kaitlyn was so wonderful, welcoming, and willing to answer all of my questions. She took the time to get to know me and my curls and what my goals were. She explained every step and gave me a sheet afterwards that explained what we did and how to maintain it. I couldn’t recommend her enough and I look forward to my next appointment with Kaitlyn. :)

Lindsay was so good! I went in for a root touch up and she matched my color perfectly, and she was super fast and efficient!! I love how my hair turned out!
